10-19-10 Thoughts

As you get older you start to realize the truths of the world. You no longer are the little kid running around playing...with no cares and worries. You are the little kid living in the real world trying so hard to be a big kid. I think you lose sight of what fun is when you start to let the weight of the world push you down. We lose sight of our happiness when we take on all the responsibilities. Do you ever wake up and feel like it is a chore...like it is a struggle? Do you ever feel empty inside even when everything around you is a blessing...and Even when you have everything you need?

If you had the perfect job ...would you still be unhappy if you had to come home to an empty house everynight. If you had the one you loved would you still be unhappy if you had to work a miserable 9 to 5 job. Everyones view of the world is different and everyone's definition of happiness is different. People who have nothing would be happy with anything. But many people who have it all still are unfulfilled. Maybe if we just stopped to look at our lives and saw all we have in it....we would smile.
